In regards to the cost, my group of six (including myself) received a group discount and also a deduction for paying w/ cash. Every single tour guide was extremely friendly and super enthusiastic about their work. Immediately from beginning to end, the tour guides create a unique atmosphere that doesn't make you feel like you are attending a class on how to kayak or boring tours. I was a first-time kayaker and tourist in Puerto Rico. I emailed them and promptly the next morning - there was a receipt in my email. After I returned home I forgot to get a receipt. We had enough time to play around in the bay to get our fingers wrinkled and kayak back. They huddled us together and told us the science behind the bioluminescence and was super funny and animated. At 5:30 it was still lit so we were able to see the mangroves and the sunset as we entered the lagoon. The guides moved swiftly through the group and kept an eye on my stragglers. I took 4 teenagers on the trip and it was their first time kayaking. When we arrived they checked us in and had a quick lesson. The customer service that I encountered was amazing. I requested an email confirmation and they were so prompt about it. In addition, she made a great recommendation about doing the 530 pm tour rather than the 730 tour. She was nice and told us about the group and cash discount that I didn't know about. I called 2 weeks before the trip and talked to a very pleasant person. I've gone kayaking in several countries and lagoons and this was by far my favorite.
